2. ABOUT ART IN BAGS
Art in Bags is a brand and store dedicated to the selection and sale of bags and accessories through a curation process.
Our portfolio includes products from different brands, suppliers, and countries of origin, selected according to our vision, identity, and curation criteria.
Our selection also includes products from our own brand Art in Bags.
3. PURPOSE
These Terms and Conditions regulate the use of the Art in Bags online store and the purchase of products through the website.
By placing an order through the website, the customer declares to have read and understood these conditions.
4. PRODUCTS
Art in Bags selects and curates the products available in the store.
Our selection includes products from different brands, suppliers, and origins, as well as products from our own brand.
We strive to present images, descriptions, and characteristics of the products as faithfully as possible.

5. PRICES
Prices shown on the website are in euros (€) and include applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are presented before the purchase is completed.
Art in Bags may change prices, products, campaigns, and commercial conditions at any time.
Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
6. ORDERS
Orders are placed through the purchasing process available on the website.
After completing the order, the customer will receive a confirmation via the email address provided.
If there is any problem related to availability, payment, or delivery details, Art in Bags may contact the customer.
If a product becomes unavailable after the order has been placed, the customer will be informed and, if applicable, any amounts paid for the unavailable product will be refunded.

The order will be processed after payment confirmation, where applicable.
8. DELIVERIES
Shipments are made to countries in Europe, according to the destinations available on the website.
Estimated delivery times are:
Europe: up to 10 business days.
Outside Europe: up to 15 business days.
Delivery times may vary due to factors external to Art in Bags, without prejudice to the consumer's legal rights.
9. RIGHT OF FREE RESOLUTION
For distance purchases, the consumer generally has 14 calendar days to exercise the right of free resolution, without needing to provide any reason.

The consumer may also consult official information about Consumer Alternative Dispute Resolution entities through platforms provided by competent public entities.
Where applicable, the consumer will also be provided with the necessary information to access the competent entities.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law and applicable European Union regulations for consumer protection.
